Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of Human Resources strategies aligns with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Design, develop, and implement employee training programs to support human capital and organizational development.
- Evaluate recruitment processes across all job levels.
- Monitor the implementation of employee performance evaluations (KPIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Manpower Planning (MPP) to ensure timely execution as per company guidelines.
- Responsible for employee promotion, demotion, and transfer programs.
- Possess solid knowledge and understanding of government regulations, especially in the areas of labor law and corporate governance.
- Review and assess compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Oversee employee payroll processes.
- Have a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws, particularly Law No. 13 of 2003 and the Omnibus Law (Job Creation Law).
- Act as a bridge in maintaining healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 45 years old.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Law.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & GA within the Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality industries.
- Strong analytical, administrative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with an effective and efficient work approach.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and accustomed to working under deadlines.
