Job Description:
- Conduct Comprehensive Talent Acquisition And Talent Management
- Develop And Implement HR Strategies And Initiatives Aligned With The Overall Business Strategy
- Enact The Automation Of HRIS For Payroll, Taxation, Performance Review, And Attendance
- Manage Labor Unions To Fit Collective Labor Agreements With The New HR System
- Oversee And Manage A Performance Appraisal System That Drives High Performance Alongside With The Compensation And Benefits Scheme
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Ideally coming from a multinational company background
- Possess an active certification from BNSP or CHRP or HRM
- Professional level of English proficiency
- Proven experience in Industrial Relations and HRIS.
