Job Description:
- Provide Advice And Support To The Executives And Associates In Allocated Area Of Responsibility Within Strategic And Operative HR Matters
- Advice Business Leaders On End-to-end HR; Covering Development And Performance Management Strategies And Tactics To Promote Engagement In A Culture Of Continuous Growth And Improvement
- Develops And Tracks Appropriate Metrics To Assess Organizational Performance, Ensuring Successful Achievement Of Targets, Leverage Benchmark, And Propose HR Solutions That Support Business Objectives
- Work Closely With Management And Employees To Improve Work Relationships, Increase Productivity And Retention
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR area, specifically experienced within HR Business Partner role
- Ability to work independently under fast-paced, changing environment
- Good project management experience
- Proactive attitude with customer-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Good communication skill in English
