Job Description:
- Building And Creating The Framework And Structure Of The Human Resources Function, Including But Not Limited To Organisational Development, Salary Benchmark, And Other Subsequent Function
- Working And Advising Top Management Team To Create Strategies On Business Plans And Areas To Improve
- Supporting Top Management Team With Valuable Human Resources Insights
- Running The Recruitment Process
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Indonesia nationality
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP function
- English is a must for this position
- Previous experience in working within a start-up environment
- Proven track record of successful recruitment process
- Previous experience in building an HR system from the ground up
- Knowledge in organizational development, KPI, talent management, and recruitment processes
- Good negotiation and communication skills
