Job Description:
- Assisting The HR Manager For End-to-end HR Function, Including But Not Limited To Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Termination, And Organizaitonal Development
- Assessing The Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) For The Organization And Deeply Involved In Talent Development Process
- Involved In Performance Review And Management Process
- Providing Insights, Suggestions, And Ideas For The HR Function In Discussion With Management
- Executing HR Programs And Initiatives
- Employee Data Management And Operational HR Administrations
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in psychology or human resources management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources division
- Previous experience in organizational development and talent management
- Previous experience of working in a multinational company
- English language is a must
