Job Description:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Manage and oversee HR operations, including payroll and tax calculations, employee records, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support and collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top talent
- Address employee relations issues with professionalism, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle performance management, HR data analysis, and prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Having at least 2-3 years in an HRBP, having experience in TA is a plus.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great proficiency in Mandarin. English skill would be a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
