Job Description:
- Handling End-to-end HR Function And Employee Life-cycle
- Managing And Collaborating With Stakeholders Both External And Internal
- Developing The HR Function To Support Organization's Vision And Mission
- Handling HR Projects And Implementation Of Company Regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in Mandarin, able to speak English is an added value
- Minimum 5 years in human resources function, 2 years in managerial position
- Proven experience in managing labor union as well as top management position
- Experienced in manufacturing, plantation, mining, or other industrial sector is preferred
