Job Description:
- Becoming The Liaison Between Head Office And Site
- Handling Industrial Relations Matter, From Addressing Issues To Negotiation
- Handling Recruitment, Payroll, And Other Human Resources Function Within Head Office Capability
- Suggest And Recommend Programs, Policies, And Changes In Relation To The Current Updated Labor Law
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years within the mining contractor industry for Human Resources division
- Previous experience in becoming HR on site (superintendent or above level)
- Updated with the current labor laws
- Previous successful experience in handling industrial relations matter
- Good negotiation and communication skills
