- Initiating Performance Management Metrics To Identify Employees' Areas To Develop
- Engage In Training Needs Analysis To Address Skill Gaps
- Maintain HR Budgeting Activities And Reviewing Annual Manpower Needs
- Review Recruitment Practice And Identify Potential Challenges To Create Seamless Candidate Experience
- Proactively Research Market Compensation And Identify Ways To Create Competitiveness Relative To Market
Job Requirements:
- HR professional with 8+ years of experience who has a track-record of working within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communicator with high proactiveness to provide the senior leadership team with insightful advise and expertise
- Dealing with medical personnels and are highly familiar with related manpower regulations and dynamics of the industry
