Job Description:
- Managing End-to-end Business Needs For Head Office And All Business Units
- Handle And Manage The Entirety HR Team
- Become A Reliable Business Partner To Top Management In Indonesia
- Provide Meaningful Insight And Valuable Suggestion In Regards To Country Decision To Regional Team
- Create And Run HR Projects And Changes To Improve Organization As A Whole
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably from a psychology major
- HR certification such as CHRM, CHRP, or similar
- Previous experiences in sales, trading, or principle companies
- Proven experiences in talent management and organizational development
- Previous experiences in matrix organization
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak Japanese is an added value
