Job Description:
- Advise Leadership Management On The Planning, Development, And Implementation Of Strategic HR Practices
- Partner With Business Units To Identify Challenge Pertaining To Human Resources Matters
- Promote And Build Company Culture Which Harnesses The Value Of Mentorship To Grant A Harmonious, Strong-performing Climate
- Enhance Working Relationship Between Management & Employees Through Employee Engagement Programs
- Actively Implement Strategic HR Initiatives I.e. Succession Planning, Retention Programs For Company And Within Business Units When Appropriate; Becoming A Trusted Business Partner
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR generalist/business partner with strong track-record of successful cultural drive programs
- Ideally coming from multinational manufacturing background
- People-person personality with strong stakeholder management skill
- Fluent in English
