Job Description:
- Assume The Role Of The Project Manager To Oversee Project Delivery Including Timelines, Work Approaches, And Client Communication, Ensuring That Projects Are Completed On Schedule, With High Quality, And Within Budget
- Utilize Efficient Problem-solving Skills To Identify, Analyze, And Resolve Client Issues By Providing Technical Solutions In Various HR Practices Such As Total Rewards, Performance, Talent Management, And Organization Transformation
- Collaborate With Other Consultants To Research And Enhance Relevant Consulting Knowledge And Skills. Undertake Client Engagement And Marketing Activities To Some Extent, Guided By Senior Leaders
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 1+ years at the Managerial level
- Experienced as a consultant or project manager from a multinational company background
- Professional level of English proficiency
