Job Description:
- Coordinating With The C Level For Crafting Organisation-wide Objectives And Strategies
- Developing Talent And People Engagement, And Ensuring The HR Processes Adhere To All Legal Standards
- Managing End-to-end HR Operations Inquiries Focusing On Compensation And Benefits, Mobility, Formalities, And Regulations
- Perform A Seamless On-boarding Process That Aligns With The Procedure And Company Cultures
- Preparing And Managing The Budget Of The Division
- Setting Performance Standards For Evaluating Local HR Teams
- Tracking KPIs And Also Suggesting Improvements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 1+ years at the Managerial level
- Experienced in Talent Management and Organization Development
- Professional level of English proficiency
