Job Description:
- Identify, Develop, And Initiate Talent Cycle Initiatives And Strategies, Covering Spectrums Such As Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, And Talent Retention
- Kickstart Business Partnering Initiative And Work Collaboratively With Business Units To Understand Their Challenges And Help Them Achieve Their Objectives By Developing Effective People Strategy
- Continuously Improve And Assess Current HR Business Process And Initiatives To Ensure An Effective And High-performing Human Capital
- Ensure A Strong Implementation Of Corporate Culture By Taking Active Drive In Creating Engaging Employee Programs
Job Requirements:
- A minimum 8 years of experience managing the HR department as an individual contributor, ideally within FMCG/manufacturing business
- Proven expertise in spearheading the establishment of HR strategic practice with strong focus in talent management
- Strong exposure in managing a majority of blue-collar workers
- Strong communication skill with the the ability to manage different stakeholders' needs
