Job Description:

  • Compliance Standards: Ensure That The Organization Adheres To All Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Those Set Forth By Kemnaker (the Indonesian Ministry Of Manpower). This Involves Staying Up-to-date With The Latest Labor Laws, Ensuring That Employment Contracts And Agreements Are Legally Sound, And Overseeing The Implementation Of Policies And Procedures That Ensure Compliance With Local Labor Laws And Regulations.
  • HR Guidance And Consultancy: Provide Guidance And Consultancy To The Regional Management Team On HR-related Matters, Including Advising On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits, And Ensuring That The Organization's HR Policies And Practices Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
  • HR Operations: Overseeing The Day-to-day HR Operations Of The Organization, Including Compensation, Benefits, And Payroll Management. This May Involve Developing And Implementing HR Policies And Procedures, Managing Employee Records And Data, And Ensuring That The Organization's HR Systems And Processes Are Efficient, Effective, And Compliant With Relevant Laws And Regulations. Additionally, The HR Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Industrial Relations, Including Handling Grievances, Disputes, And Negotiations With Labor Unions Or Other Employee Representatives.
  • Learning And Development: Overseeing The Learning And Development Programs Within The Organization. This Includes Identifying Training Needs, Developing Training Programs, And Ensuring That Employees Have Access To The Resources They Need To Develop Their Skills And Advance Their Careers.
  • Recruitment And Talent Management: Conduct Comprehensive Recruitment And Talent Management Processes Within The Organization. This May Involve Developing Job Descriptions And Candidate Profiles, Managing The Recruitment Process, Conducting Interviews, And Ensuring That The Organization Attracts And Retains Top Talent.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience within HR functions, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role. This experience should encompass a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or environmental company is preferredas it will give the candidate an edge in understanding the unique challenges and requirements of these industries
  • Professional English proficiency is a must-have for this role as it involves working with international stakeholders and managing communication with the Regional team
