Job Description:
- Lead And Manage HR As A Function, Including Handling Basic Policies, Procedures, And Coordinating Global Compliance And SOPs On Areas Of Recruitment, HR Services, Performance Management, Training, Organization Development, And Industrial Relations
- Identify Gaps And Create Solutions On Issues Within HR Areas To Support Company Targets
- Develop And Maintain Company Culture
- Maintain Harmonization With Union Representatives And Labor Unions
- An Acting Business Partner To Help Identify Business Growth Roadmap For Their New Plant Establishment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law or other related studies
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic business partnering coming from multinational working environment
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end HR practices by theory and successful track-record in its implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Strong exposure to industrial relations
- Fluent in English
