Job Description:
- Handling End-to-end HR Related Matter, Especially Within The Operational Scope
- Digitising And Coming Up With Ideas To Improve The HR System
- Talent Management And Salary Benchmark Review On A Yearly Basis To Ensure Competitiveness
- Reporting To HR Director For Operational HR Function
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Over 8 years of experience within the HR scope, minimum 4 years in management position
- Previous experience in mining, exploration, or similar industry
- Fluency in English
- Experiences on-site human resources is preferable
- Experiences in handling talent management, HR system, and HR development programs
- Good communication and negotiation skill
