Job Description:
- Knowledgeable About Recruitment And Talent Management, Especially Within Region Capability
- Having A Strategic Mindset While Will Still Be Doing Operational HR Matter, Such As Administration And Industrial Relations
- Managing Relationships With Labor Union, Local Government, And Overall Staff To Ensure Highest Productivity In The Business Process
- Reporting To Senior Management And Head Office On Operational Matter
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Master's degree is an added value
- Minimum of 5 years within HR operational matter
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a huge advantage
- Previous experience in handling recruitment, L&D, and industrial relations
- Good negotiation and communication skills
