Job Description:
- Manage All Activities Related To Construction Works Such As Site Infrastructure, Earthwork, Temporary Facilities, Civil Work, Etc. From Beginning To The End Including Planning, Execution, Completion, And Delivery
- In Charge Of Overall Planning And Development Of All Roads And Infrastructure In The Plantation Taking Into Account The Topography, Terrain, Water Flow, And Contours
- Review Current Specifications. Materials, And Standards Used For Road And Infrastructure In Civil Engineering, And Revise Them As Necessary To Ensure A Quality And Sustainable Infrastructure
- Develop & Implement Systems To Evaluate The Quality Of Works, Measure Completed Projects, And Certify Their Completion
- Carry Out Training And Development For The Team, Structure Training Programs, Provide On-the-job Training, And Training On Engineering Design And Considerations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Management of Infrastructure Construction Projects,with experience in plantation industry
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge in design and construction methods
- Have an excellent understanding in plantation business process and risk management
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to be placed in West Kalimantan
