Job Description:
- Managing and resolving HRIS and HR ticket issues
- Ensuring timely resolution within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Troubleshooting and providing support for running applications
- Enhancing applications
- Planning and conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with HR business processes
- Essential experience with Oracle
- Proficiency in either .NET C# or Java programming languages
- Competence in database programming with Oracle and SQL Server
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
