• Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand Business Objectives And Develop An IT Strategy Aligned With Company Goals.
• Oversee The Design, Implementation, And Maintenance Of The Company's IT Infrastructure, Including Networks, Servers, And Hardware.
• Ensure The Availability, Scalability, And Performance Of IT Systems To Meet Business Demands.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in a leadership role within IT management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
