• Report Of Strategic IT Infrastructure/application Development And Implementation
• Direct And Manage Implementation Of Infrastructure Projects, Software Development Projects For Ensuring Timely Delivery And Best Practices
• Plan & Control The Day-to-day Activities For Supporting Production Control System
• Propose Infrastructure Solutions To Support Business Objectives
• Lead Large IT Projects, Including The Design And Deployment Of New IT System And Services
• Monitor Performance Of Information Technology Systems To Determine Cost And Productivity Levels And To Make Recommendations For Improving The IT Infrastructure
• Assess Vendors And Develop Test Strategies For New Hardware And Software
• Troubleshoot Hardware And Software Issues Related To Internal IT
• Analyze Business Requirements By Partnering With Key Stakeholders Across The Organization To Develop Solution For IT Needs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of business processes in production, sales, accounting, business requirements, SAP, and HRIS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field
• Experience in managing IT Infrastructure and Project Management
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
