Job Description:
- Drive sales growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, existing account development, cross-selling, up- selling, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and price adjustments to achieve sales targets while maintaining the company's required profit margin,
- Develop and manage Bakery and Food Service accounts across Indonesia and strengthen relationships with key 82B customers.
- Conduct regular business visits to branches and customers across Indonesia to identify market opportunities, monitor execution, and resolve local business issues.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market mapping, prospecting, customer visits, product sampling, and product listing.
- Coordinate with Technical Baker, Application Chef, and relevant teams to support product trials, demonstrations, and customer application requirements.
- prepare accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to ensure roduct availability and timely delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, documentation, and other customer requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up customer payments, and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collection and healthy customer receivables.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and industry trends and provide relevant market insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Seles. Bakery, Food Service, and Food Ingredients
