Job Description:
- Develop Trust Relationships With Their Partner To Ensure They Are Retained And Grown
- Acquire A Thorough Understanding Of Key Customer Needs And Requirements And Ensure The Expectations Are Managed
- Constantly Hunting For New Opportunities Within The Key Account That Are Aligned With The Overall Strategies
- Expand The Relationships With Existing Customers By Continuously Proposing Solutions To Meet Their Objective
- Ensure The Correct Products, Propositions And Service Are Delivered To Customers In Timely Manner
- Serve As The Link Of Communication Between Customers And Internal Teams
- Resolve Any Issues And Problems Faced By Customer And Deal With Complaints To Maintain Trust
- Play An Integral Part In Generating New Sales That Will Turn Into Long Lasting Relationship
- Prepare Regular Reports Of Progress And Forecast To Internal And External Stakeholders Using Key Account Metrics
- Management Of Sales And Service Teams To Deliver Profitable Growth
- Keep Up To Date Market Trends And Introduce Appropriate Action
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Account Manager or Sales, preferably in retail or electronics industries
- Experienced in the field of marketing / customer relations / retail at least 5 years
- Wide and deep experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to use data to drive and influence decisions, leverage their data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategies
- Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, customer segmentation models
- Good sense of P&L / Pricing / client's commercial needs and data driven oriented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and other cross-border collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellence in English verbal and written
