Job Description:

  1. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and major customers across Indonesia to drive long-term business partnerships.
  2. Achieve heavy equipment sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and maximizing cross-selling and upselling potential.
  3. Manage customer projects and tender activities, including proposal preparation, pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and business opportunity follow-up.
  4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights on industry trends, customer demands, and business strategies within mining, construction, infrastructure, and plantation sectors.
  5. Coordinate closely with internal teams, dealers, and management to ensure effective customer support, smooth project execution, and aligned business strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines with over 12 years of experience in the heavy equipment or related industry.
  2. Strong background in heavy equipment sales, particularly Excavator and Wheel Loader products, with proven experience managing key and major accounts.
  3. Demonstrated capability in strategic account management, customer relationship development, and handling large-scale business partnerships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian, with strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, SAP/MS Office proficiency, extensive networking capability, and willingness to travel frequently.
