Job Description:

  • Develop And Execute Account Plans For Key Customers, Including Sales Forecasts, Promotional Plans, And Pricing Strategies
  • Manage Relationships With Key Decision-makers At Assigned Accounts, Building Strong Partnerships And Identifying Opportunities To Increase Sales
  • Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Including Marketing, Supply Chain, And Finance, To Ensure Alignment And Support For Key Account Strategies
  • Analyze Customer And Market Data To Identify Trends And Opportunities, And Use Insights To Inform Account Plans And Strategies
  • Monitor And Report On Account Performance, Using Data To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Recommendations For Action
  • Lead Contract Negotiations And Manage Agreements With Key Accounts, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Standards
  • Represent The Company At Industry Events And Trade Shows, Building Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues from different departments
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to Modern Trade / HABA Channel would be an advantage
