KOL Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. Our clients have been some of the leading brands in Indonesia, and this service continues to expand.

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Lead end-to-end KOL campaigns, primarily on Instagram, while supporting other social media platforms.
2. Develop and execute KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
3. Manage KOL partnerships, including selection, negotiations, contracts, budgeting, and relationship management.
4. Supervise the KOL team and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 4–6 years of KOL/Influencer Marketing experience within the beauty industry.
3. Proven experience leading or mentoring a team with a strong network of Instagram KOLs (TikTok experience is a plus).
4. Strong understanding of social media trends, Instagram algorithms, campaign analytics, and ROI measurement.
5. Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
