1. Responsible For The Resource Development Of Creators According To The Company's Products (beauty, Jubai Direction),
maintain Existing Creators, Establish Long-term Cooperative Relationships, And Establish A Complete Matrix Of Creators;
2. Understand The Product In Depth, Analyze And Mine The Needs Of Creators, Communicate With The Product Department In Reverse,
improve The Frequency And Quality Of Host Short Video And Live-Streaming Marketing, Track Daily Operation Data, And Complete Sales Targets;
3. Coordinate And Plan Large-scale Live-Streaming Marketing Activities And Short Video Shooting Related Matters, As Well As Finalize The Cooperation Details.
4. Maintain The Cooperative Relationship With Creators And Continuously Expand The Depth And Breadth Of Cooperation Models,
