Job Description:
- Work Collaboratively With Colleagues To Develop Project Plans
- Formulate And Evaluate Products For Performance, And Develop Innovative Testing Methods
- Analyze Lab Results And Present Clear Conclusions And Recommendations
- Develop A Knowledge Base For Future Projects And Input New Formulations Into The Appropriate Systems
- Implement Laboratory Procedures To Ensure Adherence To Health And Safety Standards, Maintain Accurate Records, And Perform Equipment Maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Food Technology
- 1-2 years of experience in laboratory applications within the flavor industry
- Experience in handling laboratory equipment/apparatus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), with proficiency in other languages a plus
- Excellent communication, networking, and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in small teams and global technical networks
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and problems before they arise
- Demonstrated ability for innovative thinking and action
- Highly organized and flexible, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
