• Collaborate With Instructional Designers And Subject Matter Experts To Understand Learning Objectives And Content Requirements For E-learning Courses. Understand And Deliver Material That Has Been Prepared By The Talent Insider Team.
• Provide Clear Explanations, Real-life Examples, And Practical Exercises To Help Participants Apply Leadership Concepts In Their Roles.
• Present Information, Concepts, And Instructions Through Clear And Engaging On-camera Delivery.
• Deliver Content In A Confident, Articulate, And Engaging Manner While Maintaining A Professional And Approachable Demeanor.
• Use Effective Communication Techniques, Such As Voice Modulation, Body Language, And Eye Contact, To Increase Learner Engagement And Understanding.
• Perform Practical Demonstrations, Simulations, And Examples That Illustrate Complex Concepts Or Procedures Collaborate With Content Creators And Instructional Designers To Review Scripts, Provide Feedback, And Suggest Improvements For Clarity And Effectiveness.
• Stay On Top Of E-learning Trends, Video Production Techniques, And Instructional Design Best Practices.
• Look For Opportunities To Improve Your On-camera Presentation Skills, Communication Techniques, And Subject Matter Knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or certification in leadership development, organizational psychology, or adult education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a leadership trainer, organizational development specialist, or related role.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and practical application in a professional context.
• Minimum experience 5-7 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Comfortable working with teleprompters, scripts, and improvisational speaking.
• Knowledge of e-learning and instructional design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with video recording equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, including pronunciation, grammar, and articulation.
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively with teams, and adapt to feedback.
