Job Description:
- Provide Comprehensive Study And Financial Analysis For Any Tenant Representation Services
- Maintain And Provide Clients With Services During And After The Process
- Strategize Optimum And Workable Solution To The Process
- Review Lease Documents And Provide Best Solutions In Real Estate Terms
- Update Tenancy Database
- Actively Update Space Availability / Tenant Database
- Actively Source For Prospects Through Cold Calling, Networking Events, Referrals, Etc
- Conduct Inspections
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
- Discipline and self motivated
- Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and problem solving skills
- High passion and knowledge for property
- Good interpersonal skills
