Job Description

1. Prepare And Review The Draft Agreements Also Negotiate The Key Points With The Counterparts;
2. Identify Any Issues In Commercial Agreements With The Merchants, Suppliers Or Business Partners;
3. Ensure The Fulfillment Of All Regulatory Compliance For Company Or Products, Including But Not Limited To Regular Mandatory Report, Compliance Monitoring, And Obtainment Of Regulatory Approvals Or Acknowledgments;
4. Providing Legal Support To Corporate Actions Such As New Business Projects (include The Regulations, Permits & Formalities Related To That Actions);
5. Have A Legal Knowledge About Licensing Such As SNI, BPOM, Etc; 
6. Have A Legal Knowledge About Exports & Imports;
7. Maintain Administration Of Legal Documents For Keeping All Records;
8. Monitor The Validity Period Of All Legal Documentation;
9. Conducting And Keeping Up-to-date Regulations.

Requirements

1. Degree In Law From Accredited University
2. Minimum 3-4 Years Of Experience In Related Field Is required
3. Excellent Knowledge Of Legal Aspects;
4. Excellent Drafting Capabilities And Negotiation/ Communication Skills;
5. Have Sound Knowledge Of Corporate Laws;
6. Have An Experience Related To E Commerce Industry And Overseas Funded Enterprise Would Be An Advantage;
7. Proven Track Record Of Strong Negotiation, Communication, Organizational And People Management Skills And The Ability To Influence And Build Relationships With Minimum Supervision
8. Can Speak English Fluently, Ability To Speak Mandarin Fluently Is Preferred
