Job Description:
- Provide Legal Support And Guidance To The Business On A Broad Range Of Legal Matters, Including Contracts, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, Inter-company Transactions, And Intellectual Property
- Liaising With OJK For All IKD-related Matters
- Draft And Negotiate Contracts With Customers, Partners, Vendors, And Suppliers, Including Licensing, Partnership, And Services Agreements.
- Conduct Legal Research On Issues Related To AI And The Technology Industry, Including Emerging Regulatory Frameworks, Industry Trends, And Best Practices
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Including Product, Engineering, And Business Development Teams, To Advise On Legal Risks And Ensure Compliance With Local And International Laws And Regulations
- Provide Training And Education To The Business On Legal And Compliance Matters, Including Data Privacy, Anti-corruption, And Other Relevant Topics
- Manage Outside Counsel, Including The Selection, Engagement, And Supervision Of External Legal Resources As Needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the AI industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law from a reputable university
- Admitted to practice law in Indonesia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulatory environment. Exposure in dealing with IKD license is a must
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing outside counsel is a plus
