Job Description:
- Ensure The Legal And Compliance Of The Business
- Provide Legal Services To Business Team, Including Advisory, Agreement Drafting, Agreement Reviewing, Legal Analysis And Product Exploration And Risk Identification
- Handle Project-based Work Within The Scope Of The Legal Department Responsibilities On As-needed Basis
- Advise And Guide The Business Teams On Legal Issues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min. 10 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house legal in insurance company(es)
- Experienced in liaising with OJK and IDX
- Experienced in dealing with litigation for claim cases
