Requirements:
1) Candidate Must Possess At Least Bachelor's Degree In Law
2) Fluent In English Or Mandarin
3) At Least 4 Year(s) Of Working Experience In The Related Field
4) Understand The Legal Aspect, Industry Area
5) Have Good Knowledge Of Indonesia's Legal, International Trade Regulations, And As Well As In Industry Regulation
6) Willing To Work In Cikarang
Job Descriptions:
1) Conduct The Daily Contract Review For The Corporate Contract, Identify The Risk Point, And Offer Suggestion
2) Build Up Corporate Contract Database And Well Managed, Make The Contract Management Process And Execute
3) Set A Relationship With The Legal Firm, And Also Offer Legal Consultation For Internal Affairs Based On Self-knowledge Or Help From The Legal Firm
4) Set Up A Law Database For All The Law And Regulation Issues Related To Corporate Business
