Job Description:
- Provide Technical Support To Customers Including Troubleshooting, Product Recommendation And Used Oil Analysis
- Establish Technical Partnership With Key Accounts
- Prepare Lube Chart, Plant/equipment Audits, Lubrication Surveys, Product Rationalization Audits And Conduct Field Trials, When Necessary To Support Overall Business Strategy
- Work Closely With Lubricant Sales Manager To Ensure Technical Team Aligns With Overall Sales Strategy
- Tailor And Conduct Training For Customers And Work With Oil Supplier Partners On Technical Related Matters
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Prior experience in a technical (lubricants and applications) environment, coupled with comparable technical background skills will be an added advantage
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and good team player.
- Mandarin language capability
