Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee M&E works to ensure projects are completed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans for site execution.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works.
- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and work schedules to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to M&E systems during construction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or M&E engineering within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience using Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection is mandatory.
- Proven experience working on MRT, civil infrastructure, or other large-scale construction projects, such as residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, or government developments.
