Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Maintenance Strategies That Optimize Equipment And Infrastructure Performance, Minimize Downtime, And Reduce Costs
- Monitor And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Maintenance Programs, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Make Recommendations For Changes
- Plan And Coordinate Maintenance Activities, Including Scheduling Of Maintenance Work, Procurement Of Spare Parts, And Management Of Contractors And Vendors
- Develop And Maintain A System For Tracking Maintenance Performance Metrics, Analyzing Data, And Reporting On Trends And Issues To Senior Management
- Provide Leadership And Direction To Maintenance Staff, Including Training, Mentoring, And Performance Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the mining sector
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
