Job Description:
- Analyze data from the Document Management System (DMS) and Media Transfer
- Create reports periodically and provide recommendations for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of DMS and media transfer.
- Build and maintain good relations with clients to ensure the quality of delivery services.
- Build relationships with new clients for optimizing service offerings.
- Identify clients needs and develop DMS and media transfer based on their requests.
- Arrange a plan for DMS and media transfer development, distribute it to the team, and lead the team to achieve the goals.
- Ensure delivery services for DMS and media transfer are on schedule, on budget, and fulfill the request.
- Identify and analyze the trend of electronic archives and their impact on the company.
- Monitor each process, prepare data, and serve data for reporting.
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field or 7 years of experience in Marketing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge in marketing
- Being a servant leader to the team.
