Job Description:
- Gather Market Research To Determine Products Launch
- Develop And Implement A Comprehensive Marketing Plan That Includes Digital And Offline Tactics To Drive Brand Awareness, Generate Leads And Acquire Customers
- Leverage Data And Analytics To Track Campaign Effectiveness And Optimise Marketing Programs
- Build And Manage Relationships With External Vendors And Partners To Support Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate With Product And Sales Teams To Ensure Messaging And Positioning Is Aligned Across All Channels
- Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Best Practices To Inform Marketing Strategies And Tactics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a beauty industry
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
