Job Description:
- Support the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, including exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Develop written, image, and video content for social media, promotional emails, and marketing collaterals while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, and TikTok, and support customer inquiries.
- Plan lead generation activities, partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, and community events.
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, social media ads, and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand identity.
- Basic video editing skills; Photoshop, Illustrator, or other photo-editing software knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proactive, organized, fast learner, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong get-things-done attitude.
