Job Description:
- Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Marketing Strategy That Supports The Company's Business Goals And Targets The Right Customers Through Various Channels That Enable The Sales Organisation To Sell Effectively
- Planning And Operating Affiliate Programs To Enhance Customer Benefits, Increase Internal Customer Welfare, And Create New Business Models
- Leads And Manages The Marketing Team And Provides Guidance, Mentoring, And Support To Ensure The Team's Success In Marketing Planning And Campaign Execution
- Directs The Creation And Execution Of All Marketing Materials, Including Print And Digital Advertisements, Brochures, Email Campaigns, And Social Media Content
- Formulate Product Planning And Promotional Strategies Based On Market, Product, And Consumer Research
- Manages The Company's Online Presence, Including Website Design And Content, SEO, And Social Media Channels
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or any related fields (Master's preferred)
- Min. 5 years experience in strategic marketing role
- Min. 3 years in management level
- Solid understanding in both conventional and digital marketing
- Background from Insurance or Consumer Electronics (home appliances) are preferably
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
