Job Description:
- Ensure And Facilitate Country Medical Affairs Plans' Execution And Launch Preparation Excellence. Collation Of Regional Specific Insights Where Appropriate
- Develop And Implement Lean Processes That Will Facilitate The Effective Execution Of Medical Affairs Activities
- Elaborate, Track And Analyse Regional Medical Key Performance Indicators With Special Focus On Extent Of Impact On Our (internal And External) Medical Experts And Key HCS Stakeholders
- Ensure Excellence In Stakeholder Engagement To Enhance Collaboration Partner By Driving Evidence Generation
- Optimize Or Develop Essential Digital Tools And Systems That Would Facilitate Excellence In Medical Execution. Facilitate The Implementation Of Medical Innovation And Practice Sharing
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in medical roles
- Demonstrated inspirational leadership skills within large scientific based organizations
- Interested in startup working culture
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experienced with product launch
- Drive for innovation and continuous improvement
