Role: Merchandiser Operation 3C

Job Grade And Target Companies: 3+ Years Of Experience In Merchandising Or Category Management, Preferably In Consumer Electronics Or A Related Industry
Directly Report To: Head Of Commodity Department
Responsibilities:
- Develop And Execute A Merchandising Strategy For The Consumer Electronics Category That Aligns With The Company's Overall Business Objectives.
- Identify New Suppliers And Products To Expand The Category's Offerings.
- Analyze Sales And Inventory Data To Make Data-driven Decisions On Pricing, Promotion, And Assortment.
- Collaborate With Teams To Develop And Execute Effective Campaigns To Drive Traffic, Conversion, And Retention.
- Monitor And Report On The Category's Performance, Including Sales, Margin, And Marketing Subsidy.
- Stay Up-to-date On Industry Trends And The Competitive Landscape, And Use That Knowledge To Inform Merchandising Decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
- 3+ Years Of Experience In Merchandising Or Category Management, Preferably In Consumer Electronics Or A Related Industry.
- Strong Analytical And Problem-solving Skills, With Experience Using Data To Make Informed Decisions.
- Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth And Achieving KPIs.
- Experience With E-commerce Platforms And Marketplaces Preferred.
- Passion For Consumer Electronics And Technology.
