Job Description:
- Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies That Help To Increase Sales And Revenue For The FMCG Products In The Hospitality Industry. This Involves Identifying Target Customers, Developing Promotional Strategies, And Creating Sales Plans
- Managing Relationships With Key Customers In The Hospitality Industry. This Involves Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Hotel Chains, Restaurants, And Cafes, And Ensuring That Their Needs Are Being Met
- Managing The Distribution Channels For FMCG Products To The Hospitality Industry. This Involves Working Closely With Distributors And Wholesalers To Ensure That Products Are Delivered On Time And In The Right Quantities\
- Analysing Market Trends And Identifying Opportunities For Growth In The Hospitality Industry\Managing Budgets And Financial Performance Related To The Sales And Distribution Of FMCG Products To The Hospitality Industry. This Involves Setting Sales Targets, Monitoring Financial Performance, And Making Adjustments To Sales Strategies As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Having minimum 10 years experience in managing HORECA channel
- Min 5 years in senior manager level
- Able to speak and write in English fluently
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office with regional and global matrix and exposures
