Job Description:
- Develop and execute national sales & business development strategy for the Textile Chemical division.
- Drive new customer acquisition, market expansion, and business opportunities within the textile industry.
- Manage and develop key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
- Lead product/technical development, including customer trials, textile chemical applications, and solution selling.
- Manage pricing, margin, sales pipeline, forecasting, and sales team performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business/Marketing, or related field.
- 7–10 years of Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Commercial experience, with 3–5 years in managerial role.
- Experience in Textile Chemicals, Textile Processing, Dyeing & Finishing, Textile Auxiliaries, Dyes & Chemicals, Chemical Trading, or relevant chemical industry.
- Strong B2B consultative selling, business development, negotiation, market mapping, pricing & commercial skills.
- Strong leadership, textile industry network, analytical/strategic thinking, and willingness to travel nationally; English & Mandarin are a plus.
