Job Description:
- Coordinating The Nursing Division In Hospital Units Under The Group, And Their Coordination With Related Other Health Professionals For Optimal Patient Care
- Develop Training And Education Program For Nurses, To Ensure Compliance With Credential Standards
- Developing A Standard Of Care That Adheres To The Law And Must Be Followed By All Nursing Staff
- Implementing And Tracking Infection Control Programs Designed To Provide A Clean Environment Within The Medical Facility
- Monitoring Accounting, Finances And Expenses Of Nursing Division In Hospital Units
- Participating In Management Team Conferences To Discuss The Status Of Nursing Staff And Patients
- Working With Health Staff Members And Other Stakeholders To Improve The Quality Of Care Provided To Patients
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Director of Nursing or Group Nursing Manager
- Open for expatriates / Indonesia returnee
- Preferably coming from hospital groups
- Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
- Strong understanding in quality and hospital accreditation is preferred
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Minimum bachelor's and professional degree in Nursing (S.Kep, Ns.)
