Job Description:
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Design And Implement Efficient Operational Processes For Car Sales Financing.
- Develop, Document, And Maintain Comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) For Multifinance Operations.
- Analyze Current Business And Operational Flows, Identifying Areas For Improvement And Implementing Solutions To Enhance Efficiency.
- Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Regulatory Changes Within The Multifinance Sector, Ensuring Compliance In All Operational Activities.
- Foster Strong Relationships With Internal Teams And External Partners To Streamline Communication And Collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multifinance operations, with a focus on car sales financing is MUST.
- Strong understanding of the multifinance industry, including regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluent in English
- Good interpersonal skills.
