Our client, a well-established Food and Beverage Industry, is currently looking for a Operations Manager to join their team in Jakarta. Here are the requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B or retail (experience in handling coffee is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure top standards in product quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage and train outlet teams to achieve targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop strategies to boost sales and execute marketing promotions.
- Respond to customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
