Job Description:
Reporting
To The CEO, The Operations Director Is Going To Be Responsible For Leading The
Manufacturing Plant On A Day-to-day Basis. This Role Is Going To Have Full
Capacity In Managing And Coordinating All Support Functions Within The Plant As
Well As Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience in plant management, especially exposure in footwear & apparel productions
- Must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with good hands-on traits
- Must have be willing to be based in Bogor and Central Java
- Possess outstanding plant management and leadership skills
